We are a new company in tobacco contract growing and marketing, wholly Zimbabwean owned, registered in terms of the Companies Act Chapter 24.03 in accordance with the Zimbabwean Law. The company is licenced by the Tobacco Industry and Marketing Board under section 36(1)(a) of the Tobacco Industry and Marketing Act, Chapter 18.20. The business of the company will be conducted in accordance with Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), Sustainable Tobacco Production (STP) and global Agricultural Labour Practices (ALP) standards.
 
Since we started operation in 2022 the company has experienced exponential growth and is set to achieve its goal of offering a truly liberating opportunity of a lifetime to farmers in Zimbabwe. Our thrust to help transform lives through sustainable tobacco farming and creating long lasting relationships with all farmers, new, old, big or small,  remains

In its maiden 2023/24 tobacco season Globalleaf Tobacco together with its International Partners, is contracting 3,000 small scale tobacco farmers to produce 6 million kilograms of the golden leaf, making it potentially one of the largest tobacco contract companies in Zimbabwe by volume.

Economically empowering and improving rural livelihoods as well as socially uplifting hundreds of youths through employment in the communities surrounding its areas of operation is the major philanthropic goal driving the founders of the company.
